ANTI-MONEY-LAUNDERING

RafflesHere is obliged to establish an Anti-Money Laundering/Countering of Financing of Terrorism framework for the purpose of forestalling, preventing and detecting illegal activities such as money laundering and financing of terrorism (the AML/CFT framework).

Pursuant to the AML/CFT framework, we are legally obliged to:

• obtain basic personal data about all players (information such as full name, residential address and date of birth) to enable it to identify all players; and
• undertake ongoing monitoring of a player’s activity and transactions to determine the ongoing potential risk of l money laundering or financing of terrorism.

As part of the AML/CFT framework during your lifecycle as a player you may also be requested to provide additional personal data to enable us to verify your identity (information such as Government issued ID card or passport, Driving Licence etc.).

We will also process your personal data based on other legal bases such as:

• the performance of our contract with you (i.e. the provision of our Services to you);
  our legitimate business interests (i.e. for fraud prevention, maintaining the security of our network and services, seeking to improve the Services that we provide and your interaction with us). Whenever we rely upon on this lawful basis we assess our business interests to make sure that they do not override your rights. Furthermore, in some cases you have the right to object to this processing;
• with your consent .for direct marketing purposes so that we may keep you fully up to date with other products and services that we supply and think may be of interest to you. Where we rely upon consent, we will need your explicit consent, which may be removed at any time.

We will adopt zero tolerance for any fraud activity or attempted fraud. If the User attempts to deceive/fraud us or attempt to deceive/fraud any other User in any way, including, but not limited to, engaging in payment fraud, including the use of credit/debit cards or other means of payment obtained in this manner unlawful, engage in any other fraudulent activity (including, but not limited to, any chargeback or other reversal of payment, prohibited transaction, money laundering crime), or if deposits/payments have not been honored by your financial institution for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend and/or close the User’s account and charge any damages caused by any method legally available,

We will adopt zero tolerance with the use of artificial intelligence software on our Platform, including, but not limited to, cheating software or any other program that gives the User an unfair advantage over other Users who do not use such programs. User acknowledges that we will take measures to detect and prevent the use of such programs and software using discretionary methods (including, but not limited to, reading the list of programs running on a User’s computer during the time that User is logged into the Platform).

We reserve the right to void and retain any or all winnings/prizes obtained by any User or group of Users through any type of fraud or attempted fraud.

We reserve the right to delete the account of any User who uses or attempts to use the Platform for the purpose of fraud, collusion (including in relation to charges) or illegal or improper activities.

At any time, without any justification, we reserve the right to request proof of your identification (official documents with photo), including residence and bank details. We also reserve the right to request a copy of such documents to be stored in our database.

• This request will be made through the email registered by the User on the Platform.
• If the mandatory identification required is not fulfilled, we reserve the right to block the User’s account and only make or release the payment of any resources after fulfilling the requirements for the correct identification required.
• If the User does not submit the necessary documentation, in Our judgment, for identification within 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the sending of the request notification, we reserve the right to retain any amounts in the account for an indefinite period and, if necessary, notify the competent authorities.
• The User acknowledges and accepts that this procedure is in accordance with the international AML/CFT
